1. Do I need Planning Permission?
Not usually but check with your local council. However, Building Regulation Approval is required on every conversion and we obtained for you. |
2. How long will the work take?
A single garage takes around 2 weeks and a double garage 3 weeks. |
3. I have a double garage can I convert just half of it?
Yes. One of our most popular conversions is converting one half of a double garage, leaving you with a new room and a single garage. |
4. How much does a garage conversion cost?
Each conversion is different and therefore it is impossible to give an accurate quotation without visiting the property and assessing work required. Our prices start from £4995 plus VAT for a single garage. |
5. Do you carry out the work yourself?
Yes. All work is carried out by us. |
6. Do I get a guarantee?
Yes. Every conversion comes with a full 10 year guarantee which you can transfer to new owners if you sell your property. |
7. Do you give free no obligation quotations?
